Where can I see a visual of the product I want to buy?

From the main menu on the web site, select the "Products" button.

A list of store groups (you currently deal with) will then be displayed. Select the relevant company logo and list of the available products will be shown.

Click the magnifying glass to view a generic image of that product.

When can I expect delivery of my goods?

From the main menu on the web site, select Order Tracking and you will see a detailed breakdown of your recent orders.

This will show the current status of your orders and the estimated delivery date.

How can I obtain the label references I need?

From the main menu on the web site, select the "Label Manual" button.

A list of store groups you currently deal with will then be displayed.

Select the relevant company logo and a list of the available products will be shown.

Alternatively if you have ordered this product before the label reference will appear on your delivery note that accompanied the goods.

How can I track my order?

From the main menu on the web site, select Order Tracking and you will see a detailed breakdown of your recent orders.

This will show the current status of your orders and the estimated delivery date.

How can I tell if you have received my order?

Our web site works in real time and once the order is entered on our system it will show under the order tracking facility on the web site.

How can I find out if you have stock of the product I require?

How can I tell if the order from my store group has been received by Byways?

From the main menu on the web site, select "Order Tracking" and you will see a detailed breakdown of the recent orders we have received on your behalf.

This will show the current status of your orders and the estimated delivery date.

How can I find out the cost of the product I wish to purchase?

Why are my orders shown in red?

There may be a problem with your account.

How do I obtain a User Name and Password to log in?

User names and passwords are available to all customers.

Why do I keep being logged out of the web site?

For security reasons, each session is timed to 20 minutes of inactivity.

After this period you are automatically logged out.
